The Site is owned and operated by American Legion Post 82, Windsor, Missouri ("Post 82," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Post 82 provides the Site as a resource for veterans, members, and the community. Content may include event information, membership details, community news, officer information, photo galleries, and related materials. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

7. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Program name: American Legion Post 82 Text Messages.

Program description: By checking the SMS consent box on the signup form on the Site and verifying your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from American Legion Post 82 about canteen meal specials, newsletter updates, upcoming events, and membership and officer meetings. Some messages may be sent only to specific groups, such as post officers. Consent is not a condition of membership or purchase.
