About Post 82

Serving veterans and the Windsor community with honor and dedication.

Our Mission

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation's largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth citizens, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.

Post 82 in Windsor, Missouri has proudly carried this mission forward since its founding. We are dedicated to serving our local veterans, their families, and the greater Windsor community through service, volunteerism, and fellowship.
